Keeping your message consistent across a variety of marketing channels is key to a clear brand message. I’m finding it takes a keen eye (and an iPhone turned to ‘off”) to populate (add content) across multiple media. I call it ‘cross-pollinating’ for clients – updating a new Parade of Homes feature on a full site means checking it on the mobile site, the blog, Facebook, etc. And testing every link for viability and platform. It’s key to keep the message the same, the details prominent, and the links working to guide your brand forward. Delegate someone internal (or externally) to become your brand watchdog for this key task.
